I like to think of color in terms of food:) So today's Summer Series color is "Sherbert" Ummm- yeah... Pretty much a favorite around this studio as I'm sure you've noticed. Teehee! Again we are sharing simple ways to let your color do the work so you can have some quick crafting sessions without all the fuss. It's a fun challenge to pull out one color and keep it the focus. OK, this isn't a sherbert card of any kind. However, simply stamp and emboss in white on kraft cardstock and layer on a striped or polkadot background and you have the same effect.
The Peony stamp set is embossed in white and watercolored for a soft Summer feel add some layers with the You die and stamp set and you have a beautiful card - perfect for the hostess of your next Summer party.
Papillon patterns is stamped in Calypso Coral (stampin'up) and the sentiment is layered in black. Pin this little cutie to the front of a card and that's it. Simple.
Need a quick favor or gift bag. Stamp the You are my fave set on muslin bags and attach a little tag for a little added love. Stuff with treats and enjoy!
