Using Negative Diecuts
One of my favorite thing about The Stamp Market stamps & dies is that they are so well-designed that they make it easy peasy to create fabulous cards!
For example, the Jumbo Tag Die is packed with awesome sentiments, perfect for using the negative die cut to create cool, graphic cards (if I do say so myself)!
These cards were a snap to put together! I die cut the sentiments from a white card panel, saving the little bits for inside the letters. Then I adhered some DIY glitter paper underneath and added the letter middles on top.
A few tips…
- Use a glue pen to add a little adhesive around the openings of die cut letters (on back side) when adhering to glitter paper.
- Try adding a thin, double-sided adhesive to white card panel before die cutting the sentiment to make assembly & adhering even easier.
- Glitter paper is super easy to make & customize with glimmer paste over inked cardstock.
