Hello! It’s almost summer and that’s always a reason to celebrate, isn’t it? I have a floral card and tag set to share today, featuring one the pretty new stamps from The Stamp Market May release. I love to make cards, but tags are probably my most favorite of all paper crafts to create. Lots of times, when I’m giving a gift, I’ll make a card and a matching tag to go with it, which is what I’ve done today.
The card and tag feature the awesome Just Add Flowers stamp and die collection. You can make super-quick cards with this set–the whole card was done in just a few minutes using only this set. I added a few sequins from the Crystal Confetti mix for a little bit of fun bling.
If you love making tags, too, don’t shy away from Just Add Flowers, just because it looks like the perfect card-sized stamp set. You can make a beautiful tag, too. I turned it sideways and stamped it on the large tag from I cut with the Tag’d die. I positioned the die cut flowers slightly to make room for a trio of sentiments, which are all from the Tons of Type stamp set.
So many pretty leafy and floral sets came out in May–have you seen them all? I hope you love them as much as I do! It doesn’t take too much to create a quick tag while you’re working on a card, so the next time you’re creating, spend a few extra minutes to whip up a quick tag with the same supplies. Even if you don’t present it with the card, you’ll have it for future use.
