NEW FOIL PLATES

 Happy Thursday Friends!

Today I'm sharing a little closeup of the new Foil Plates arriving in the Shop Tomorrow May 21st! Basics can be anything but basic. The simplicity of Hot Foil Backgrounds can create the perfect backdrop for your favorite stamped images.

Let's walk through the 6 new designs that are the perfect staples for your collection.

3 NEW A2 BACKGROUND PLATES
CONFETTI DOTS
Very delicate cascading dots that look amazing with florals or have just enough interest you can simply add a greeting and that's all you need.
SIMPLE STRIPE
These fine lines honestly look good with just about everything but I love the way they can add a little shine to the classic rainbow striped background. Pair with our Original Quick Strips dies and you have rainbow perfection. Don't forget these stripes make excellent Masculine backgrounds.
CHUNKY STRIPE
You really can't see the drama in the photo that these stripes make but wow! they pack alot of shine. I added a floral cluster in the corner but the wow factor these stripes have allow you to keep a card super simple if you choose.
BITTY BACKGROUNDS
We have 2 new Bitty Background sets. These measure approx 2.75" and come in 2 packs. Stripes or Dots.
I'm the most excited about these bitty backgrounds because they were designed specifically with alphabet dies in mind. The designs are small enough to create that added shine and texture to your alphabets. Which makes these SO versatile.
They are also sized to make the perfect little focal background on your cards.
That little extra shine will really make your stamped images pop! These are SO much fun to work with. I hope you get a chance to work with them!
Good Greetings Foil Plate & Dies
Small and simple these greetings make a shiny little accent to the most basic cards. With 6 greetings that have coordinating dies for lots of layering options.
The more I use Foil plates the more I fall in love. The simplest accent or background creates that extra something for your recipient!
You can shop these first thing Friday Morning 7AM MDT !

I don’t understand how these work. I have used regular dies a lot. But foil? Is the die covered with a foil coating that rubs off onto the paper as it runs through the machine? How is the foil re-applied to the die, as I assume the foil on the die would be used up at some point. I need more information about how this works.
