Summer Bliss Collection

Hi Friends!
Welcome to my little ode to Summer. We are fast approaching the holiday project craziness and I just didn't want to move on without a few more summer projects.
And today we are featuring our Summer Bliss Collection. Both Available in a Kit or sold separately. But I highly recommend the kit. It's just fun and everything works so well together to create a variety of projects. And the flowers from the kit will make the best Fall flowers too! Just wait... I'll for sure be using them in rusty, yellows and oranges.
All the projects I'm sharing today are very easy to make. I'll give a few tips below each project to help you out if you want to remake anything from todays post.
Let's start with a 12x12 page idea using my Cutie Grand baby Goldie. We have spent a summer riding bikes and swinging on swings, a little time in the water too! She's pretty much my favorite human ever and is literally my heart walking around outside my body. So do forgive the gush but here's a page idea using the patterned paper and the Daisy layering Die!

PAGE IDEA

The Daisy layering Die is SUPER easy. Cut 2 of your desired size and slightly shift the top flower to offset the petals and glue together! it creates the perfect daisy every time! Glue a center in your favorite color and your done! For this page I die cut them in each of the patterned papers , added a little stamped journaling from the Summer Memories stamp set for a relatively quick page.

Next up I've created 3 cheery cards using different elements from the collection.

CARD IDEAS

Using the new Friendly Layering Die I've cut it out in 6 Different Color Crush Colors and the word friend in white. layering down the card to create a colorful background. Using an element on repeat is a great way to create a background. If you haven't - give it a try. You'll love it!

Die cut the Daisy Layering Die in white and glue to the front of your card. I've finished it off with a little greeting from the daisy bliss stamp set.

Need to send a little sunshine to someone! This is such an easy card using the Summer Memories stamp set for a card. Same image in a variety of colors and using the lovely friend greeting from Daisy Bliss Stamp Set!

This card is a fun one! Take that Summer Memories Stencil and add a little stencil paste for some great texture and before it dries quickly sprinkle on some glitter. You can't really see in the photo but it's just amazing the shine this card has!

Finished off by using the Friendly Layering die and a little daisy layering flower.

Do you have a friend that could use a little pick me up? This would be the perfect start to help.

MINI BOOK IDEA

Need a quick little summer book? I've taken a clear acetate sheet cut to a large 4x6 tag. I used the medium die cut flower from cutting out all the patterned paper daisies for the 12x12 page.

The next tag is created using our Bold Alphabet dies and cutting the outlines for each letter in colors from the collection to make a fun mini album cover title.

The rest of the book is simply paper and pics from our summer together with our cutie Goldie! I love a quick and rewarding project and hope you feel inspired to make a little mini book.

Thank you so much for joining me today and I hope you all enjoyed these ideas today! Be sure to head on over the the New section of the shop and you can find any of the products you are interested in.
